My wife and I were driving down Route 17 in North Jersey, when we came across this golden nugget of a brewery, Bolero Snort Brewery (BSB). We turned off the highway, traveled approximately 1/2 mile, and there, in the shadows of Met Life Stadium (home of the New York Giants and New York Jets) and the famous Jersey Meadowlands, we discovered the BSB.

To our surprise, it was a marvelous brewery that we instantly fell in love with. The BSB had just celebrated their 10th anniversary, and their third year at the present location. The brewery has a nice outdoor area surrounded by Meadowland saw grass as well as a nifty outdoor patio complete with beer barrels as tables!

Upon entering the establishment, we instantly felt the positive vibe and the friendly atmosphere. We found that the tasting room was not only spacious but was clean and well taken cared of. All of the bartenders were very outgoing, easy to talk to, and always willing to answer our questions. They had great attitudes and were a joy to converse with.

The BSB had an incredible 24 drinks ready to go and on tap…just waiting for customers like us, to drink these tasty brews. There is a wide assortment of beers, ales, seltzers, smoothies, etc. We also found the names of many of the drinks to be very clever! Names such as “Ragin’ Bull, Slice-a-Bull, Apple Pie in Disguise, and others. We found the drinks to be tasty, flavorful, and satisfying!

We wholeheartedly exhort you to discover this hidden treasure of New Jersey and place it on your map! The Bolero Snort Brewery is worth the find!
