Everyone loves to visit and spend time at the New Jersey shore. Its calming and relaxing sea breezes and salty air provides people with a healing and re-energizing experience. Located in one of these towns on the Jersey shore, Tinton Falls, is a new brewery that recently opened its doors in 2020, the Twin Lights Brewery. Its cheerful and positive vibe is both refreshing and fun. Let me tell everyone something…it is worth the trip!

The tasting room and bar area decor has an oceanic and nautical theme and it is truly a delight! The walls are decorated with all kinds of pictures of the sea, boats, etc., as well as other items that represent the sea. The actual brewing tanks are also visible in the area. The bar is beautiful, made out of stone with a very nice glossy finish. I nautical looking wallpaper adorns the back wall of the bar adding to the relaxing ambiance of the brewery. Located in the center of the tasting room are two very comfortable couches, each blue water colored, and a driftwood table between them. MY FAVORITE THING THAT IS UNLIKE ANY BREWERY THAT WE HAVE VISITED THUS FAR…was a HUGE FISH TANK with beautiful big fish!! Again, something else that just added to the oceanic decor of the establishment. There are big TV’s on the walls with videos displaying all kinds of surfing, jet skiing, and other water recreational activities. One other bit of good news, Twin Lights Brewing is both pet and kid friendly! 

We found the bartenders to be very friendly, helpful, and good-natured which was a terrific way to feel immediately at home. They were so helpful in their suggestions of drinks and sharing the history of the brewery. Twin  Lights Brewing specializes in stouts, lagers, ales, IPA’s (I personally liked the “Double Vision”, and sours. The beers are simply tasty and delicious. You really can’t go wrong with any of them. If you are not sure of which drink to get…you can always get a flight 🙂  These beers really will find your sweet spot and satisfy your craving for good beers!

Twin Lights Brewing has many live events which include bands, weekly trivia nights, open mic nights, a beer run in Allaire, and they are even sponsoring a day in April to help clean the beach in Belmar! This is a brewery that we highly recommend that you make a point to visit. Definitely, check this place out!!!
