Tucked into the beautiful green rolling hills of the farm country of Warwick, New York, we discovered the fantastic craft brewery, the Destination Unknown Beer Company (DUBCO). We fell in love with it the instant we drove into the parking lot. As stated before, the surrounding area is quiet, scenic farmland and the decor of the brewery fits in perfectly with the surrounding environment. After leaving the parking lot, we descended a set of wooden stairs complete with solar powered mason jar lights that added a special touch. At the bottom of the stairs, we came upon a comfortable outdoor patio. Beyond the outdoor patio in a small pond that has an encompassing walkway. There are picnic areas on both sides of the pond, complete with corn hole games, which is a perfect place to bring your family and friends. There is an old red barn attached to the tasting room which serves as a beautiful background to one section of the picnic area. Another helpful note…DUBCO is very pet friendly…a great place to bring your furry little buddy when you are enjoying a refreshing drink.

The inside of the establishment contains a warm and relaxed country-style designed tasting room and bar area. There is a dedicated space for visiting bands and singing groups, an area with couches, a tea table, and a small wood stove, and of course the seating area and bar room. All of the bartenders were so happy, cheerful, and delighted to serve us…we instantly felt as though we had been a part of their community for a long time. As with most breweries outside of New Jersey, DUBCO offers great tasting food. Items such as grilled cheese sandwiches with bacon, pizza, tacos, Caesar salad, quesadillas, etc. The drinks brewed by the beer masters are simply awesome! There is a wide variety of all kinds of drinks made at DUBCO. Unique tastes such as a coconut/mango/vanilla IPA, a chocolate and orange stout, cherry/limeade ciders, watermelon margaritas, barleywine, Belgian dubbel, an Italian pilsner, and many other savory and refreshing drinks. There is sure to be a drink that will bring a song to your heart and tickle your palate!

The brewery offers plenty of games to play as well as a lot of weekly events such as live bands on weekends, drunk Jeopardy, music BINGO, and more! 

Your visit to the Destination Unknown Beer company will be worth the trip. We are certain that you will totally enjoy your experiences there…the bartenders, the friendly environment…the gorgeous grassy landscape..and of course the brews!
