The Seven Tribesmen Brewery is tucked away in a wooded area just off of Route 23 South in Wayne, New Jersey. The brewery was founded by two Hungarian-American childhood friends. Their goal is to include as many people as possible, like in a tribe, creating a diversity of beers for everyone. As with most breweries, they create new beers for different seasons…and…here’s an interesting fun fact..they create specific birthday beers for each one of their employees! Their brews are very flavorful, savory, and wholesome. There are twelve drinks on tap and there is a good variety of delicious concoctions. Their two signature beers, the “Hop Gambit” is a very good New England IPA, and the fantastic German-style pilsner, “Pines Lake” will be certain to put a smile on your face. They also make an assortment of other brews such as double, American, and Imperial IPA’s, stouts, seltzers, lagers, porters, sours, and ales.  

The decor of the brewery has a charming country/rustic feel to it. It is very tidy, neat, and orderly and has a terrific positive vibe and feel. The Tribesmen have a nice outdoor area where you can also enjoy your drinks with the company of your friends and family. The staff is extremely friendly and happy to help you. Christina, the bartender who served us, was AWESOME and the tasting room manager, Dan, is more than happy to give you a tour and answer questions. Great people. Great beer! It is obvious that the staff enjoy working at the Tribesmen and are proud to serve you. 

The Seven Tribesmen offers several nights of fun-filled activities such as Trivia night, BINGO, and Revolution Rivals (which is a Family Feud-type game). There is a good deal of fun for everyone!

You can be assured that with a family-friendly environment, plenty of games to play, a beautiful indoor tasting room /bar area, along with their fabulous liquid creations… you will be sure to love the time that you spend at the Seven Tribesmen!!

Special Note: As with all New Jersey craft breweries, food is not served but can be brought in. We would like to suggest, if you want AWESOME BBQ food, “Gary & Meg’s Chicken and Ribs” in Wayne…is just a mile or so down the street. Whatever bbq food you order, you WILL love. Bring some to the brewery for an enhanced experience!!
