The Jersey Cyclone Brewing Company is a hidden gem located just minutes off of interstate 287 in Somerset, NJ. The brewery creates a ” delicious storm” of savory and flavorful drinks such as their signature “Eye of the Storm” IPA. There is also a variety of porters, ales, sours, lagers, a saison (with honey and lavender…yum!), a barleywine, stouts, IPA’s, and seltzers. We found the ones we drank to be great tasting! The names and labels are really creative and fun.
The brewery itself has a hip, modern decor with a comfortable and cozy taproom. Both tables and chairs are made from wood and have a beautiful gloss finish. The beertender, Mike, was friendly, warm, and delightful and was more than happy to serve and assist us. The brewery is child/family friendly, and pets are only allowed outside. There is a wide assortment of games to play as well as a variety of live events scheduled on a weekly and monthly basis.
