The owner, serves as the CFO of a pharmaceutical company. Despite his formal attire, the brewery maintains a laid-back vibe, allowing visitors to unwind and enjoy themselves. The brewery offers a diverse selection of beers, including their flagship lager, “People Pleaser,” and the NEIPA, “File This,” both known for their tasty and flavorful profiles. In addition to these, Untied Brewing Company boasts a range of lagers, ales, stouts, porters, seltzers, and sours. The menu continues to expand with new brews in the pipeline, promising a constantly evolving selection for beer enthusiasts.

One standout staff member is Carol, who is described as extremely pleasant, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Her friendly and approachable service added to the overall positive experience for us.
