What a fun and enjoyable craft brewery to visit. Located in the heart of the historic and beautiful Jersey shore town of Toms River, on the corner of Main Street and Washington Avenue, we are sure that you will thoroughly enjoy your time at the establishment. Opening its doors in the middle of the COVID pandemic in 2020, the historic  building which hosts the brewery is over 100 years old!  It has a comfortable and fun atmosphere and plenty of fantastic brews for everyone. The tasting room is decorated with picnic tables with the brewery logo burned into them and the brewing kettles add to the enjoyable environment. A unique feature of the brewery is having many of its guests come to the tap house by boat via Huddy Park a short distance away.

Battle River Brewery also has a charming outdoor seating area adjacent to Washington Avenue surrounded by many tasty eateries and a distillery for your enjoyment! Between the months of May to October, the city has special events such as the “Downtown Toms River Night” in which there is plenty of fun for the entire family!

The one thing you never need to worry about during your time at Battle River is getting thirsty. With over 25 taps, there is almost a limitless number of flavorful and fulfilling drinks to choose from such as ales, seltzers, shanties, IPA’s, porters, stouts, pilsners, and other unique beers!
