Screamin’ Hill Farm Brewery, nestled in the scenic countryside of Cream Ridge, NJ, is an authentic farm brewery with a character as rich as its history. Established in 2014 and set on a sprawling pine tree farm with a massive sky overhead, this farm brewery offers a rustic, pastoral, and genuinely picturesque experience for anyone looking to enjoy craft beer right at the source. Rolling hills and pastures surround the taproom, with picnic tables dotted throughout a large outdoor seating area. With seating options in front and to the side of the taproom, the entire setup invites you to relax, savor a fresh brew, and enjoy the open landscape.

Not just located on a farm, Screamin’ Hill is a farm brewery, with deep roots dating back to the 1860s when the family behind it first began farming. Bullock Farms, where the brewery stands, grows around 90% of the barley, wheat, and rye that goes into their craft ales, IPAs, and porters. The brewery embodies New Jersey’s only true farm-to-glass experience, blending a passion for brewing with a commitment to local agriculture.
Beyond its exceptional beers, Screamin’ Hill has a quaint, rural charm enhanced by local lore. Named after the 19th-century “Screamin’ Hill,” it’s said that a reformed member of the mischievous Coward brothers could be heard preaching from Emley’s Hill United Methodist Church on the hilltop, his voice carrying over a mile to what is now the brewery’s land. You can almost feel that history lingering in the air, giving the space an unmistakable, endearing character.
